Honor Society - Phi Theta Kappa (Chapter Beta Zeta Nu)

Cañada College is affiliated with Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society of the two-year college, which recognizes the scholarly achievements of over 1.5 million students throughout all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canada, and Germany. The local chapter is the Beta Zeta Nu chapter. Historically, students active with the Beta Zeta Nu Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa have been accepted to some of the most elite universities in the country while also earning prestigious financial scholarships. Phi Theta Kappa maintains academic standards for both induction and continued membership. New members must complete at least 12 credit hours and attain a GPA of 3.45 or better. Continuing members must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA. Contact the chapter advisor of Phi Theta Kappa for further information.
