This course will cover the theory and design of High Performance Engines (part II). Emphasis is placed on crankshaft assembly, lubrication and cooling, power measurements and tuning. Topics include design of pistons, piston rings and pins, connecting rods, crankshafts and bearings. May be repeated once for credit.
