This course, tailored for automotive professionals, is an in-depth study of generic On-Board Diagnostics Il. Content includes history of OBD-II, comparison of OBD-I and OBD-II, J1930 Common Terminology, Flash Programming, Enhanced Monitors, Fuel Trim Strategies and MIL Strategies and Enabling Criteria, Drive Cycles, I/M Readiness flags, and Diagnostic Trouble Codes. May be repeated for credit a maximum of three times.
