Course Description

Exercising on a stability ball to achieve functional movement, abdominal and lower-back strength, while increasing whole body strength, flexibility, stabilization, balance, and coordination. This foundation course is suitable for all age groups and prepares body for all types of activity-athletic to everyday movement.
