Course Description

An introductory course that familiarizes students with the basic concepts and skills of case management. Course covers philosophy, ethics, concepts, assessment, documentation, recordkeeping, plan development, linking to community agencies, services monitoring, and an overview of benefits programs. Designed to provide students with knowledge and skills that can be applied to a variety of Human Services settings.
