Course Description

Course designed to help the student recognize and critically evaluate important ideas in short- and book-length texts, and express facts and thought logically and gracefully in clear and correct prose. Students write critical expository essays dealing with a variety of ideas at a skill level appropriate to a college transfer-level class.
