Course Description

This course covers the substantive and procedural law and federal, state, and administrative regulations pertaining to the senior population. Topics include client interviewing, Social Security, Medicare, Medi-Cal/SSI, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, funding sources, residential and/or long-term care, and elder abuse.
