Course Description

Literary survey of the best novels, poetry, and short stories in Latin American literature of the 20th century, contextualized in cultural, sociological, and political framework. Through the works of literary greats, students develop an appreciation of the diversity of experience and values of the various Latino cultures and their influence in the U.S. Course is conducted entirely in Spanish.
