Program Overview
Students majoring in English choose from an assortment of courses in analytical and creative composition, literature of the United States and the world, and film studies. Students are taught to examine texts from various perspectives in order to understand cultural contexts and experiences, become aware of biases, and appreciate diverse points of view.
