Program Overview

Cal-GETC is a general education pattern that can be used for transfer to a UC or CSU campus. Students who complete Cal-GETC and receive a full certification from the Admission's Office, fulfill the lower-division general education course requirements at a CSU or UC after transfer. Cal-GETC is also accepted by some private/independent or out-of-state universities.
