Honors Program - Phi Theta Kappa (Chapter Beta Zeta Nu)
Cañada College is affiliated with Phi Theta Kappa, the international honors program of the two-year college. Phi Theta Kappa recognizes the scholarly achievements of over 1.5 million students throughout all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canada, and Germany. The local chapter is the Beta Zeta Nu Chapter. Historically, students active with the Beta Zeta Nu Chapter have been accepted to some of the most elite universities in the country while also earning prestigious financial scholarships. The hallmarks of Phi Theta Kappa and the Beta Zeta Nu Chapter are scholarship, leadership, service, and fellowship. Phi Theta Kappa maintains academic standards for induction. Program (HTP), an academic pathway for enhanced transfer.
