Course Description

This course is designed for teachers working in early childhood or transitional kindergarten settings who have completed a practicum or student teaching course and would like to advance their teaching practice or explore a new direction. Students develop their teaching philosophy through practice and reflection. Students assess, document, and describe children’s learning and development as a means of examining their own growth as teachers.
