Program Overview

As an introduction to the world of marketing, this certificate is about creating customer value and engagement in a fast-changing, increasingly digital and social marketplace. Students will learn about core marketing foundational topics, such as understanding consumer and business buyer behavior, creating customer value, and the 4 P's of marketing. Additionally, students will learn about the ever increasingly technical field of marketing, including digital marketing and the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field.
