Adult-Education College and Career Educational Leadership (ACCEL)Building 9, Room 343

Is the planning body for San Mateo County’s California Adult Education Program (http://caladulted.org/). Our objective is to support students transitioning from adult schools to campus programs so that they're prepared to transfer, transition to a technical/vocational/trade program, or enter the workforce upon completing their studies at Cañada College. Our programs serve to:
- Create a structured and clear pathway into Cañada College, that is specifically designed for adult education students.
- Increase student knowledge of campus resources and support services and provide dedicated support staff to assist students with the transition to college.
- Provide career and college exploration opportunities to our adult school and community-based organization partners to increase awareness of career and college options.
ACCEL recognizes that every path toward success is unique. Whether you are an adult learner with a goal to improve your education, gain employment, or connect with your community, we can help you achieve your goals!
