Cañada College Library offers friendly, bilingual, in-person or online research and citation assistance, technology access, and comfortable spaces to study. We have an extensive collection of books and textbooks students can take home, as well as laptops, Chromebooks, and mobile wireless hotspots. The library also provides college-level online content in the form of database articles, encyclopedias, eBooks, and streaming videos. Our state-of-the-art digital book scanner offers easy, color scanning of books and other documents into multiple formats, all free of charge.

Our 70 desktop computers (PCs and Macs) are available to students without any time limit and do not require a login name or account. We have color and black and white printing as well.

The Library provides students with the facilities, materials and research help they need to succeed in their academic careers, as well as the best view on campus of the Santa Cruz Mountains. In-person and online research help from a college librarian is available by appointment, through online chat, or on a drop-in basis during Library hours.

We have a number of student study rooms and a large silent study room, along with many carrels and tables for independent studying.
